(-1.9) - (-2.5) = 0.6
(- pi/3) - pi/6 = -pi/2
distance between points = sqrt[(0.6)^2 + (-pi/2)^2] ~ 1.6814...

This does not match any of the choices, but seems correct, so could one of the coordinates be mis-copied, or could part of the question be wrong or could the answers apply to another question ?
