Help easy maths, I'm just confusing myself..

If someone's mom is full greek & their dad is half Chinese & half italian

What does that make their children?

mom = greek
dad = 1/2 chinese + 1/2 italian

1/2 (greek) + 1/2 (1/2 chinese + 1/2 italian)

= 1/2 greek + 1/4 chinese + 1/4 italian


Note: all fractions should add up to 1
mom = 1
dad = 1/2 + 1/2 = 1
child = 1/2 + 1/4 + 1/4 = 1

1/2 Greek
1/4 Chinese
1/4 Italian ..... I think.
