I really want to be a doctor. I scored high in biology and science. I would love to work in a hospital and I already know how impossible med school and residency is. I just want to be the type of doctor that does little to no surgery. List all you know

Only doctors who have done surgical residencies do surgery, including OB/GYN. All of the rest of us do not.
You don't choose a specialty until you are finishing medical school, so worrying about it now is just silly. You WILL have to spend 3 months in med school learning about surgery, and assisting (to some small degree) in them. It's part of being a physician.
