i've been seeing a psychiatrist off state insurance (tennessee) but i've had some horrible permanent effects from the meds ive taken annd need to see a neurologist but my insurance ONLY pays for me to see the psychiatrist and nothing else. even with a doctors referral it isnt paid for by the insurance and i cant even work because of what the meds did to me. so now im stuck feeling horrible with no help. theres gotta be something i can do, right?

Try a university setting with a medical school. They will see you without insurance.
