Nothing, but headache medicine is not good for your liver so I wouldn't suggest doing it more than you have to.

Don't take daily medicine. Instead, treat your headaches only when you have them. The medicine is known to cause liver problems, as well as in rare cases bleeding of the stomach(i.e. Ulcers)

nothing, but whats the point in takin it if u dont need it, unless ur trying to get high and then u would have to take more than 1
