Will vicodin show up in my urine drug test

I've been taking vicodin constantly for the past week or two because my tonsils and glads are so swollen, will this show up in a urine test and prevent me from getting a job?

First of all, YES it will show up on a drug test because Vicodin is a narcotic, which is one of the big things they test for. BUT if you were prescribed Vicodin by a Doctor than that will have no impact on getting a job. The only way you will be denied a job for that is if you do not have a prescription written for you.
