I was recently prescribed 40 mg of vyvanse but I found that for any measurable effect I had to take three at a time. I know this question sounds completely stupid but the metric system is so confusing... what dosage should i request from my physician? Is it 120 mg or...?

You should talk to your md about whether a up in dosage is safe. Or you could try for a new prescription. It's never a good thing to experiment with medicine.

You should never up the dosage of a medicine without prior doctor approval. CALL YOUR MD!!!
