how can i extract the dxm from this pill? i def need to get rid of the acetaminophen cuz i dont want my kidnes to shut down. will cold water extraction work? will it get rid of the phenylephrine? if not can i od on it? got a good link to instructions? any help would be great. 5 starts to the best ancer.

I know this is not the answer to your question exactly, but a safer and easier alternative would be to just buy the OTC medication that contains DXM as the only active ingredient.
