Will this cocktail of prescription drugs give me serotonin syndrome

20 mg of lexapro and 40 mg of Adderall xr
I was prescribed the 20 mg, and I was also prescribed 20 mg of Adderall XR, but she said if it wasn't doing enough I could up the dosage. I feel a little hypomanic right now, and it's day 2 of upping the Adderall dosage. Should I be worried?

As long as you're within the doctor's guidance, you should be fine.

Serotonin syndrome is pretty rare and not very likely with your combo.
