I put this dish in the microwave and the top sucked on, vacuum tight. I realized afterwards, it says "Airtight; microwave safe WITHOUT lid". How can I get this lid off?

I am not sure I understand the problem, since microwaving a container with the lid on should lead to an "explosion" or rupture of the container... not the top being stuck on by vacuum.

But a vacuum indicates a difference in air pressure. I would think that heating the container, under hot water would increase the pressure inside the container to allow you to pry off the lid. Normally, the problem happens when warm food is covered and cooled... thus forming a partial vacuum inside.

You might also try pouring hot water just on the top, to expand the lid. This also works well when you are having trouble unscrewing a cap. Just get the cap hot, not the neck of the bottle, and the cap becomes easier to twist off.
