Can someone reword my hypothesis to make it sound more scientific

In any case, keep all your material specifications together, either here or somewhere else. If the UMF 10+ Manuka honey and the commercial antibiotic are placed on separate agar plates containing bacteria, then the bacteria will recede leaving a clear space around the UMF 10+ Manuka Honey and the commercial antibiotics. If the UMF 10+ Manuka honey is boiled and placed on an agar plate containing bacteria, then there will be a smaller effect.

In a hypothesis, avoid "will" and use "should" - otherwise you sound like you already know the outcome. Also, don't repeat the full name of a material unless the meaning would be unclear. I'm assuming you've already identified the bacteria and the antibiotics elsewhere - it might be a good idea to identify the honey at the same time. In any case, keep all your material specifications together, either here or somewhere else. Also, use fewer words if possible - no one likes to read needless words and it makes writing them easier.

Example:

"If honey (UMF 10+ Manuka) and the commercial antibiotic are placed on separate agar plates containing bacteria, the bacteria should recede leaving a clear space around the honey and the antibiotics. If the honey is boiled first there should be a smaller effect."

From the source below:

"The hypothesis is the explanation you are proposing for certain observations. It is a tentative answer to the question you have posed above. It should be accompanied by a prediction of results expected under certain conditions if the hypothesis is correct..."

"Write this section in the past or present tense, never in the future. Avoid expressions like "This study will examine"
