Why cant you put scissors in an outlet

with the scissors being metal, they are conductors so the electricity will flow through the scissors and give a bad electric shock or even cause electricution,

Well, actually you can, if you separate the two blades and they are small enough. If you are not allowed to separate the blades, then you can only insert them one blade at a time. But that is dangerous also.

But you might kill yourself in the process.

Because they arent an electric device maybe??
