What's a "grade A" light bulb

In comparison I have chandelier bulbs with the skinny base which are called B60.-Incandescent light bulbs will never qualify as class A efficient.......
I have a lamp that was given to me that asks for a "grade A" light bulb, but I haven't found light bulbs that specify a grade.

The base which often is called standard light bulbs has a fat screw-in base. This usually has in small print on the package, A60 if it is a 60 watt.
In comparison I have chandelier bulbs with the skinny base which are called B60.
