One phenomenon... two phenomena...

Because a natural phenomenon will likely incorporate several (natural) laws. An example of this would be the Sun, the Moon, the stars, the Earth, a rainbow, and so on.

Read my book...'A NEW FORM OF ENERGY; ITS DESCRIPTION; ITS GENERATION; AND ITS APPLICATIONS' (Amazon).
