Please answer as clear as you can ;
1. is there always chemical energy to start a human movement (because we get energy from food that helps us move)?

2. Is there always thermal energy after kinetic energy (because of friction, air resistance) ? if so, do you only mention thermal energy it when there is actual heat involved?

2. In most normal scenarios, yes, but you cannot categorically rule it out. I can't think of any exact examples now, but don't at any point state that there is always heat energy as a product of kinetic energy. Akthough usually, yes, even if the useful energy of the appliance or whatever is thermal energy, there's almost always "wasted" heat energy as an output :)
