You have the time, 90s, and the charge, 900 C, so divide the charge by the time to get your answer of 10 amperes.the energy used is the power exerted multiplied by the time it was exerted.......
A) Calculate the amount of current through an electric toaster if it takes 900.0C of charge to toast 2 slices of bread in 1.5mins (Answer: 10.00A)

B)An electric drill operates at a potential difference of 120.0V and draws a current of 7.5A. If it takes 50.0s to drill a hole in a piece of steel, calculate the amount of potential energy used in that time (Answer: 4.50X10^4J)

The slices of bread are irrelevant. You have the time, 90s, and the charge, 900 C, so divide the charge by the time to get your answer of 10 amperes.

the energy used is the power exerted multiplied by the time it was exerted. So P=IV, 7.5*120, and then multiply by 50s to get the energy.
