we dont know how big is the universe . where is its edges , why its expanding , where its located and where its expanding.-Time is only relevant to the observer and how they measure time. In a galaxial sense,......

u cant watch another galaxy by telescope at home .

in our universe light is the only physical thing that have the highest speed
light emitted by the stars in other galaxies takes several light to reach our planet ..
so, the shape of the galaxies that we see today is the shape of galaxies billions of years ago .

and if u talk about the universe , universe dont have any shape . we dont know how big is the universe . where is its edge's , why its expanding , where its located and where its expanding.

Time is only relevant to the observer and how they measure time. In a galaxial sense, and according to Einstein, time and space are the same thing... So there is no beginning and questionably an end.... Time is a funny thing to wrap your mind around to be quite honest. Do we live in a multiverse or a universe? Is it possible our universe came into existence through a singularity in another dimension with different rules of physics? Hmmmm..... so back to the answer.......... We don't know what the galaxies look like at this current moment of time. The fact that we're here at all is amazing and beautiful.
