No. I'm a Floridian and I can tell you 1's and sometimes 2's are just wind and rain. Anything over a 3 really is something to worry about. Katrina was a 5+ I mean a VERY rare storm. Irene is supposed to be a 1 tomorrow. You have nothing to worry about unless your house ON the beach.
