How many showers do you have to take a day

I was just curious, how many showers do you have to take a day for your hair to be super shiny and you to be super clean? 2, 1, 3?

One, unless I'm doing something where I get really dirty, like working in the yard.

P.S. - the more you wash your hair, the more damage you do to it. Washing tends to dry it out, which actually makes it less shiny and more brittle over time.

I honestly don't care about my hair being shiny, and I don't just take showers for my hair. Also showering more than once a day is really a waste. It's also stupid. Once is enough. Just think about the poor people in the world who have to shower by dipping buckets of dirty water on themselves. Don't waste water.
