Incubation periods vary for different species of birds. In general, the larger the egg the longer the incubation period. However, there are individual differences. The incubation period may also vary with the temperature and humidity within the incubator. Average incubation periods for some species are:
Chicken—21 days
Pheasant—23 days
Duck—28 days
Peafowl—29 days
Quail (Coturnix)—16 days
Guinea—27 days
Duck (Muscovy)—36 days
Ostrich—42 days
Goose—32 days
Pigeon—18 days
Turkey—28 days
Quail—23 days
Canary—13 days
Parakeet—19 days
Prairie Chicken—23 days
Grouse—23 days
Incubation Period

The incubation period for pheasant eggs is 23-28 days.

Incubation Temperature

The temperature in the incubator for pheasant eggs is 99.5 degrees fahrenheit. If u want to keep in sun..dont use direct sun..The sun's heat can raise the temperature high enough to kill the developing embryos.SO better opt for bantam hens or incubators...links with enuf information....

They will take their time...but better confirm..whether they are fertilized or not....bcoz..unfertilized one cant hatch..releasing a baby ones..

Humidity Levels

The humidity level (wet bulb thermometer) for pheasant eggs is 82-88 degrees fahrenheit.

Final Day Of Egg Rotation

The final day of egg rotation for pheasant eggs is day 21.

Please note that all of this information is only a guide and that this information may differ according to the incubator manufacturer’s guide.

Always consult the manufacturer’s guide when using an incubator and automatic egg turner.

If you live in Arizona, until they're done cooking

I'd google it. I think they'll be okay, but I'm not claiming to be an expert in quails and pheasants.
