Well, all but not Humans I am hoping. The bigger the python, the bigger its prey. Considering the everglades is now taken over by Boas,Burmese pythons and Anacondas due to people having them as pets and then releasing them when they get too big and dangerous to handle, it wouldnt suprise me that sooner or later the raccoon and other mammals of Florida (excluding humans) could very well disappear

No, pythons will not eat all mammals in Florida. People are mammals, and to my knowledge, not one person has been eaten by python in Florida yet. Nor will the raccoons disappear; raccoons are some of the most successful animals out there due to their adaptation to and capitalization on human expansion. Only pigeons, rats and bugs are more successful than raccoons in cities, as far as wild animals go.

No,Snakes can't even eat the average human due to our broad shoulders.I highly doubt a Python would be capable of getting a hold of an adult Raccoon.Raccoons are highly intelligent creatures and they have the natural quick reflex.The mongoose,wolverine,honey badger,cats,squirrels,ect have really fast reactions.A Raccoon has fast reactions also.
