Where do atheists think the universe came from at the very start

or with religion. It has everything to do with peoples character and upbringing.-The problem Atheists have with religion is that it just postpones the big questions. If God made our universe then where did God come from? Most Atheists are just rebellious Christians etc, still asking the wrong questions but preferring different answers.......
At this point, scientists haven't been able to find the solutions section for that problem, yet.

Have fun justifying your answer without relying on just a hint of faith.

The trouble with religion trying to pretend it's a science is that it makes it all final. You're told it's that way and that's it. No chance for revision.

It's OK not to know. It's OK to get the wrong answer. It's NOT OK to stubbornly insist on something that constricts your ability to look for an answer.

I suppose you won't want to go to a witch doctor when you're sick. You want your doctor to know what's going wrong with your body and why, and to have a possible solution for your illness, even if 5 years later there's an even better one. You won't want your doctor to spray you with garlic and chicken blood and chant some mumbo-jumbo to ward off the "evil spirits", right?

See? I can be an intollerant and provocative bastard, just like you. It has nothing to do with science, or with religion. It has everything to do with people's character and upbringing.

The problem Atheists have with religion is that it just postpones the big questions. If God made our universe then where did God come from? Most Atheists are just rebellious Christians etc, still asking the wrong questions but preferring different answers. Rather than argue about the existence of God, you should be asking what is God, or what ever you want to call it. Ideas about God tend to be an extension of the political concepts of a society, because they come from political people.

We require faith because there is no alternative. We are not smart enough to understand everything so at some point we all must use faith. The more you understand, the more you see that you do not understand. Faith is what we use to fill in where we do not understand. It's a necessary evil. The more you understand, the closer you are to "God".

Atheism has nothing at all to do with cosmology or the Big Bang theory. That said, I do not know and I do not care how the universe originated. There is absolutely no need for me to explain it or to worry about how it might be explained. I do, however, find any explanation that involves an invisible magician to be not just an act of faith but a completely irrational idea that is not supported by any known fact or any logical process.
