How are astronauts feeling while re-entering the earth's atmosphere

Is it like how you would feel on splash mountain ride? Thanks!-The Mission Space ride at Disney World EPCOT center is a pretty good simulation according to shuttle astronauts who have ridden it. The G forces that are simulated by the centrifuge of the ride are similar to those of a reentering Shuttle. But since it is a whirling centrifuge and not a straight line deceleration like the Shuttle, you can feel dizzy,......
This is something that i've wondered for quite some time. Thing is, it seems like the space shuttle is re entering the earth's atmosphere at a very high speed! Is it like how you would feel on splash mountain ride? Thanks!

Mission Space only goes up to 3 Gs. But the real shuttle only goes up to 3 Gs too, but for a longer time than the ride. The shuttle was the gentlest ride to space ever.
