There are people from the 1950's using the internet right now.

Probably from the 1900's too. That's between 102 and 112. I'm sure some of them sit around all the time and a few of those probably use the internet so they don't get bored.

The internet was invented by people from the 1930's and 1940's, during the 1970's and 1980's. It was much different back then, used by scientists instead of everybody.

Back then, you see, most people didn't stare at a cell phone screen all day. Not everyone even stared at a TV screen, until cable tv was cheap. People went outside and did interesting things in the real world.
