. they ... dont!NOBODY who understands science says that evolution is about something just arranging itself magically into people.......

>"According to the theory of evolution, we all came from rocks."

Nope. Where on earth did you hear that?

Have you actually *studied* the theory of evolution in school? If not, then where on earth are you getting such HORRIBLE information about evolution?

No ... they ... don't!

NOBODY who understands science says that evolution is about something just "arranging itself magically" into people. NOBODY.

The word "magically" does not appear ANYWHERE in the theory of evolution.

Why do Creationists think that manufacturing a really STUPID, and INACCURATE description of what evolution says, is a way to refute it?

This does not prove that evolution is false.
This only proves that you *don't understand it*!

Actually, that's not part of the Theory of Evolution at all. That simply describes mechanisms of change of life over time.

What you're misrepresenting here is more in line with the Abiogenesis Hypothesis, or at least a simpleton's version of it.

Did you know that organic matter is actually quite common in the universe? Interesting. I wonder if these organic molecules that we detect in dark nebulae and find in carbonaceous meteors (and in every known life form on Earth!) could have anything to do with it. Admittedly, that's hypothesis at this point and the precise mechanics aren't really known.

Hey, do you remember when we used to think that lightning was the wrath of any number of vengeful deities, and that the Sun was pulled across the sky by magic horses? Wouldn't it be funny if your preconceptions about the origin of life on Earth one day ended up firmly lodged in the same category? I wouldn't be surprised if someone figured out the nitty-gritty details within my lifetime.

i used to believe in evolution, but have recently moved to canada and started to attend church.
i started to question evolution, if we evolved from apes, why are there still apes today?
