Help! My friend uploaded a picture and it's a clear ish green spider, with a long head, and a orange and white circle on its back. Any ideas?

Sounds like an orchard spider, or leucauge venusta. Not harmful, just eats insects.

one other may be a flower crab spider. these spiders can have nearly any color and can even change colors:
