Let's crank this out.

5(4x-6)+5x(9-2x).............Given
20x-30+45x -10x²...........Multiply everything out
-10x² + 65x - 30.............Collect like terms: Rearrange
-5(2x² - 13x + 6).............Pull common factor of "-5" out
-5(2x-1)(x-6)...................Factor the stuff in parenthesis

This is one way to simplify (and factor) the expression.

20x -30 + 45x - 10x^2
-30 + 65x - 10x^2

= 20x - 30 + 45x - 10x^2
= -10x^2 + 65x - 30
= -5(2x^2 - 13x + 6)
= -5(x - 6)(2x - 1)

5(4x-6) + 5x(9-2x) = 20x - 30 + 45x - 10(x^2) = 10(x^2) + 65x - 30.

=20x -30 +45x -10x^2
= -10x^2 +65x -30
