WJEC Practical Chemistry... I don't understand!!

collect results in a methodical manner making sure there is only one variable, present your results in an appropriate table and line graph, summarise your main findings, suggest some scientific reason for your observations and consider the sources of error and possible improvements to your work (e.g. evaluate what you did).......
Hello, I'm doing A level chemistry with the WJEC examining body, and I am shockingly bad at practical examinations because I can't understand what they are asking for when you have to write the practical up.

I get very confused because of this and it slows me down to the point where I have to spend hours in the storage room of the lab just to finish it in time. What's worse is that the WJEC doesn't provide past papers for practical examinations, only written ones so I don't get the chance to read over any at home to try and understand them.

any suggestions?

It's been a long time since I did my A-levels, but I would expect that they're wanting you to select appropriate equipment, collect results in a methodical manner making sure there is only one variable, present your results in an appropriate table and line graph, summarise your main findings, suggest some scientific reason for your observations and consider the sources of error and possible improvements to your work (e.g. evaluate what you did).
