im lost.how many liters of a 1.62m solution are needed to prepare a solution using 15.6g of LiCl?any help would be great! (:-1) calc.......
i'm so lost and how no idea how to do it. i know the equation, moles/liters, but finding moles and grams and putting them in the right spot.. i'm lost.

how many liters of a 1.62m solution are needed to prepare a solution using 15.6g of LiCl?

any help would be great! (:

1) calc. moles of LiCl
15.6 g LiCl/42.39 g/mole=0.368 moles LiCl
2) 0.368 moles= 1.62 M sol'n. x L
L= 9=0.227 or 22.7 ml
