For the last one I would put false.The rest are the answers I would have put, good luck and get an A!PS.......
I despise true/false questions...that being said, I would like to check my answers against someone else's who actually doesn't despise these questions as much as I do! Thank you!!!

Elements with high electronegativities have low ionization energies. TRUE

Elements with low energy valence orbitals have high electronegativities. TRUE

Electrons in high energy valence orbitals tend to feel more positive charge from the nucleus than electrons in low energy valence orbitals. FALSE

Electrons in high energy valence orbitals tend to feel a more positive potential than electrons in low energy valence orbitals. TRUE

Electrons prefer to be in lower energy orbitals than higher energy orbitals. TRUE

Electrons prefer to be in areas of more positive potential than in areas of more negative potential. FALSE

Metals tend to have higher energy valence orbitals than non-metals. (NOT SURE)

I don't have a clear chart right in front of me, but I think the first one might actually be false. Check that one.

I'm not sure about the second to last but it looks good.

For the last one I would put false.

The rest are the answers I would have put, good luck and get an A!

PS. I hate T/F too (;
