3 times in 3 minutes, I have answered a question but had it deleted by the time I submitted the Answer. "Why do Power Supplies need to be Stabilized" surely does not Violate ANY Community Guidelines!.

Very often, it's a glitch. Try clicking Refresh/reload and often the deleted question appears.

The question may have been deleted by the person posting it - perhaps because they had asked a similar one and got a good answer or found it on the Internet. Also, some people, instead of giving the 10 points or waiting for voting [being polite] get one good answer and kill the question.
