FOIL is a mnemonic for multiplying binomials using distributive property.
These are not binomials so FOIL is meaningless,
but distributive property still applies:
(2x^2 - x - 8)(7x^2 + 9x + 5)
2x^2(7x^2 + 9x + 5) - x(7x^2 + 9x + 5) - 8(7x^2 + 9x + 5)
14x^4 + 11x^3 - 55x^2 - 77x - 40
