You've got three sides of a rectangle and half a cicle.
( 14.7 x 2) + 10.7 + (10.7 Pi/2)

Hmm.. Interesting! I think this is quite a long sum!
The first half is easy: 14.7+ 14.7 = 29.4 km
Second half, kind of tough. Firstly, I would get the diameter by joining the two points. Which would be 10.7 km. Then I would get radius: 10.7 / 2. I'm leaving it in this form itself. Then formula of circumference is 2 pi r. Therefore Circumference = 33.62
So since that is only half of a circle in the picture, it's circumference divided by 2. = 16.81 km.
So perimeter= 56.91 km
