How to solve an inequality with fractions, if someone could go through step by step for me to learn?

so you would first multiply both sides by -4 which would which the > sign to < and then divide by 3. (i'm assuming here that its says (3/4)x, and that the x isnt in the denominator.

x ≤ 5/6
