Would 4cosec²x - 4cot²x be 4 or 1

4cosec²x - 4cot²x =4(cosec²x - cot²x)

since cosec²x - cot²x =1 always

4cosec²x - 4cot²x=4(1)=4 always

answer is 4.

4cosec^2x-4cot^x = 4/sin^2x - 4 cos^2x/sin^2x = 4(1-cos^2x)/sin^2x

therefore

4(sin^2x)/sin^2x = 4
