1) A carton contains a dozen eggs, three of which have a double yolk. If three eggs are requried to make a cake, find the probability that the three eggs used have double yolks.

2)what is the probability of piking the 6 winning numbers in tattslotto

3) a hand of 5 cards is dealt to you fro,m a pak of 52 playing cards. What is the probabiolity that the cards are ace, king, queen, jak and 10 of diamonds

1) 3/12 times 2/11 times 1/10 = 1/220

2) How many balls are there to choose from?
If there are 40, then it is 1 / 40C6

3) There is only one hand with those cards. So 1 / 52C5

1) I can't see how they could have got that answer. 1/220 is definitely correct.
2) Is this Tattslotto in Victoria? If so, they have 45 balls. So it is 1 / 45C6
