how much gasoline will his car use to travel 300 km?3.) Mr. Reyman used 3.2 meter of copper wire which weighs 0.45 kg.......
1.) Rita works as a crew in a fast food center where she earns 37.50 per hour. Make a table that relates the number of hours that she works (x) and her pay f(x). Then draw the graph that shows the relationship.
2.) Ferdie's car uses 15 liters of gasoline to travel 200 km. At that rate, how much gasoline will his car use to travel 300 km?
3.) Mr. Reyman used 3.2 meter of copper wire which weighs 0.45 kg. How much will 6 meter of copper wire weigh?
4.)Alina read 56 pages in 3 hours. At the same rate, find the number of hours it will take her to read the remaining 140 pages.
5.) The amount of rice cake mix to be used varies directly with the number of people who partakes of this food. Suppose that it takes 7 cups of mix to serve 10 people.
a.) write the function expressing the number of cups of cake mix in relation to the number of people.

1. table: X values: 1 hour 2 hours 3 hours 4 hours 5 hours
Y values: 1 hour= 37.50 2 hours= 75.00 3 hours= 112.50 4 hours= 150.00 5 hours= 187.50
Graph, just make the vertical line counting by 30's and the horizintal line by each hour going up to 5 hours.
2. 22.5 liters because for every 200 miles he uses 15 liters but for only 100 miles the 15 would be divided by 2 which becomes 7.5 and 15 + 7.5 = 22.5
3. 1.71 kgs because 6-3.2=2.8 and 2.8 times .45 = 1.26 + the .45= 1.71
4. 7.5 hours because set up a proportion: 56 pages = 3 hours then what would 140 pages =? hours you multiply the 3 hours by 140 pages and divide the answer by 56 and get 7.5 hours
5. part one: Y=7x( P)
part two: 350 cups
part three: about 17 people
