If it's something like Advil, you won't die, you're just going to get really sick and they'll need to pump your stomach.
If it's anything stronger, you'd probably be dead already...

Depends on the amount of ibuprofen in the pill. If there's a butt-ton of ibuprofen in it like in strong pain medicine, you'll get really REALLY sick. If it was something weak like Advil, you'll still get sick, but not as bad as really strong stuff. If you feel crazy and sick, and if you get worse, call 911. If you feel the same after a while or you get even *slightly* better, then just lie down near a bathroom or have a bucket by you.

My friend has downed an entire bottle of asprin and in a suicide attempt. He's still alive today. Get to a hospital and they will most likely pump your stomach or make you drink charcoal or whatever it is. Depending on the strength you should be fine. During soccer I would take 5 (200) at the start then 3 at half (35 minutes) and 5 at the end. So that's 13+ in an hour and a half. Just stay calm and don't panic. Get to a doctor and all will be fine
