Been on two antibiotics bacterium, now cipro. First urine test showed few white blood cells no baterica, second no white blood cells or baterica. But alot of red blood cells. I urinate often but a weak stream. Had ct scan no stones. After urination a feeling that I have to go again. No pain or burning after voiding.

You must mean Bactrim as first antibiotic. You probably have non-infectious cyctitis. Unfortunately there is no good treatment for this. Like other viral infections, you just have to wait for symptoms to resolve, and check in with your doctor if it doesn't.
