What does this mean? Is this Tornado weather?

If it's not the green flash at sunset, YES, it is tornado weather. The green flash last only a minute to three minutes or so at its longest. I'm in central OK, and we had a very nice thunderstorm this afternoon, complete with a power "hiccup," but it was only a "hiccup," not an outage. So I had to reset the microwave clock. I wish that rain had fallen in Cimarron county instead. Technically, I have wheat in the ground up there.

Saw on the national news about some bad weather in Texas. Maybe you ought to tune into your local news station.
