Can They Drug Test..........

I am starting this program called the Youth Aid Panel after getting caught with weed. I honestly don't think they are going to drug test. I won't smoke until I know for sure. The program is for all minors with misdemeanors to expunge their record, and a minority of the people in the program are there for drugs. I can't find anything online about the program drug testing. Do they/will they tell me if they are going to drug test or have it written down somewhere, or can they completely fail to tell me about a drug test and then randomly drug test after a meeting?

I had a friend in Philly who went through that program and they did not test.

I think In most cases they can drug test you whenever they want. I think it also has to do if your on probation.

There is a possibility. Most likely they will if they have their suspicions.
