I'm asking because I'm writing a novel.

If plasma can be utilized as a weapon, can electricity, or additional electricity from an outside source make it stronger?

Search YouTube for videos on plasma devices and weapons.

I believe that many of the unidentified objects and lights people are seeing in the night sky is plasma weapons being tested and experimented with. It is common to use strong magnetic fields and in combination with microwave RF emission are used to guide and control plasma bursts.
