Two cars are driving towards each other with a velocity of v.
One car is an ambulance which uses a pipe for it's siren. In the other car the driver hears the this signal. In the moment that the two cars are passing by each other the driver of the car claims that he hears a frequency relation of 3:2.

How fast are the cars?

(c=340m/s)

-
2v=c/2 so v=c/4 = 85 m/s
