How does the refrigerator make cold

the fridge has a pump that circulates Freon, which is a special liquid that carries heat out of the fridge by way of tubing. That's why its very warm on the bottom.

The refrigerator doesn't 'make cold', it works by removing heat, which gives the impression that 'cold is made'.
