Ok so my face is burnt! Bad there is swelling pretty bad and I'm starting to look like fredy cruger... My skin looks like it was burnt a long time ago... But it was yesterday... Will it go away and make me look like o was and not leave a scar?!?

That's not exactly a Science/Math question, but I get third degree burns and blisters if I go out too long. The problem should be looked at by a dermatologist, but the long run, the sensitivity increases and you could end up with melanoma if you do it again.

Yes, if you get burned that bad again by the sun you MIGHT get skin cancer.

If you're burned bad enough to cause swelling, you should see a doctor.
I used to get pretty bad burns on my legs as a kid and many times ended up

If your face is burnt that bad, then go see a doctor. And buy a product called Noxema. It stings, but it works. Take motrin/tylenol or whatever pain relever you use.
