The current House of Representatives would never fund anything like that. They almost killed the James Webb Space Telescope AND ALL THE SUPPORT JOBS that go with it. VOTE THE TEA PARTY OUT OF OFFICE. The Tea Party are traitors to the representative democracy of the United States. That's WHY a lot of them are being recalled. We elected them into office, so now we have to UNELECT them.

These exoplanets are billions and billions of miles away in different solarsystems. It would take billions of years for anything to reach that planet and once it does it would take billions of years to come back to our planet. With our technology any communication or being able to see the planet is limited. But maybe a different civilization has the technology to visit us.

Been done for years. Tiny specks of light next to a bright star can be photographed under special situations. Using filters and a blocking bar, a couple of planets orbiting certain stars have been recorded.

It is very far away, light years away, the answer is no.
If the spaceship gets nearer, we may observe them directly.
