HOW the Sun works, by nuclear fusion OR the 22 year solar activity cycle works is only slightly connected. Yes, I mess 22 years, not 11 the Sun's activity was ramping up in 2012.
What did NOT happen in 2023 has everything to do with Earth's axial precession works, NOT how the Sun works. You are conflating two different astronomical problems together, making mountains out if educational molehills to create confusion and panic.
