For DNA isolation, how long should you use the same tube of TENS and at what temperature should it be stored

with EDTA and Tris-base and SDS in it, you could probably use it up. to limit the possibility of nucleases from external sources, i would use it for about a week, depending upon how many preps you do. store it at room temperature.
