That CD4 activates macrophages?-1,2.3. that T helper cells again release cytokines (again lymphokines) to stimulate macrophages to destroy the bacteria that theyve phagocytosed.Basically T helper cells are the coordinators and organisers of the specific immune response.......

1)What does APC mean?

2)What does that the longest green arrow mean? That the T-Helper (linked to MHC2) itself will become a Killer? Or that it will originate a new killer cell?

3)The small green arrow at the top means that CD4 releases citokines that activate B-cells. I know.
But what does the small green arrow in the middle mean?? That CD4 activates macrophages?

1, APC= antigen presenting cell
2. T helper cells release cytokines (specifically lymphokines) to activate t killer cells
3. that T helper cells again release cytokines (again lymphokines) to stimulate macrophages to destroy the bacteria that they've phagocytosed.
Basically T helper cells are the coordinators and organisers of the specific immune response. T killer cells, B cells and to a lesser extent macrophages wouldn't be able to work without them.
I quite like this diagram actually, it's pretty good. Thanks for showing me ;P
Hope I helped :)
