Does to have high resistance mean to be a strong electrolyte

this is a weak electrolyte because you dont have good current flowing around in the solution ohms law (I=V/R) and no current means no electrons and no ions > weak electrolyte........
I want to know if having a high resistance=strong electrolyte or weak or non-electrolyte
And how do you know if the resistance is high?

The stronger the electrolyte, the better it will conduct electricity. The worse the conductance, the higher the resistance. You can measure the resistance of a sample of the electrolyte using a standard chamber and a multi-meter.

hmm..well if you think about it you can establish a relationship between resistance and ionization of a molecule in an aqueous solution , consider a light bulb ( which is a resistance) and a strong electrolyte"HCl", the light bulb should light brighter than any weak electrolyte, thus we have more voltage. and voltage is directly proportional to resistance "Ohm's law ( V=RI )" .

so yeah in the end high resistance>means high voltage >means strong electrolyte
BUT IF YOU MEAN RESISTANCE IN THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION IT SELF THEN , this is a weak electrolyte because you don't have good current flowing around in the solution "ohm's law (I=V/R) and no current means no electrons and no ions > weak electrolyte..:)
